HOA Dues
HOA Dues are due 31st of January each year. Invoices are sent out beginning the 28th of December. If not paid in full a 6% late fee is applied to the balance and the account may be subject to a collection process until paid in full.
Methods of Payment
For your convenience, the following methods of payment are acceptable:
It is not necessary to get approval to make partial payments. However, in order to protect the community from losing revenue if the home is sold, those having a balance on 1st of April will get a letter indicating their account is outstanding and could be processed for a judgment through JP Court 16. This is the first action toward getting a lien placed on that property. These actions, judgments, liens or garnishments will result in additional fees (e.g. court, attorney) being applied to the owners account. For more information, please contact our treasurer.
Requests for Records
The financial records are yours, the owners of St Jones Commons. You can request / review supporting documents (e.g. deposit, check request) by contacting the treasurer.
